Built for the record, not the pitch deck
Syndication Suite exists because private-investment administration fails at the seams: a raise in one tool, a cap table in a spreadsheet, distributions in email, and an audit that reconstructs all three by hand.
We build one canonical record set for the syndication lifecycle and let every surface — investor portal, sponsor workspace, accountant view, auditor review — read from it. When a distribution is calculated, the investor statement, the sponsor report, and the audit breakdown are the same computation, not three implementations that drift.
Principles
- Never fake a state. A verification, a signature, a payment, or a filing shows as complete only when a persisted record says it is.
- Separate the stages. Recommendation, approval, admission, settlement, and reconciliation are different things and are displayed as different things.
- One owner per record. Each Suite owns its canonical data; others reference it by typed external reference rather than copying it.
- Asset-agnostic by default. Real estate is a configuration, not an assumption baked into the schema.
- Evidence over narrative. Every external effect leaves an append-only record that a reviewer can follow without asking anyone what happened.
White-label by design
SyndiStreet is the first product overlay on Syndication Suite. Branding, domain, typography, colour, and legal footer are per-tenant configuration — canonical components carry no hard-coded product identity.
