One canonical system for the whole syndication lifecycle
Syndication Suite owns the canonical records for funds, offerings, investors, ownership, and distributions. SyndiStreet is the first configurable white-label product built on it.
The platform is asset-class agnostic by design. Asset behaviour, offering terms, investor classes, fee structures, and reporting packages are configuration held against a fund or offering — not branches in application code.
Funds and SPVs
Fund vehicles, series, and single-asset SPVs with governing documents, jurisdictions, classes, and fee terms.
Offerings
Offering terms, minimums, eligibility rules, target and hard caps, timelines, Deal Rooms, and publication state.
Investors and entities
Individuals, trusts, LLCs, partnerships, retirement accounts, and beneficial-owner graphs with tax profiles.
KYC/AML and accreditation
Structured intake, evidence retention, review queues, and status that only advances on real persisted verification.
Commitments and subscriptions
Soft commitments through executed subscription agreements, with reviewer assignment and countersignature.
Capital calls
Call schedules, notices, pro-rata computation, funding status, and delinquency handling.
Ownership and units
Unit issuance, transfers, class ownership, and cap-table state as of any effective date.
Capital accounts
Contributions, distributions, allocations, and closing balances derived from source records.
Waterfalls and distributions
Deterministic tiered waterfalls with previewable, auditable allocation output per investor.
Investor reporting
Statements, performance, valuations, tax documents, and controlled document delivery.
Controls that hold up under review
- Role visibility in the interface is never treated as authorization — access is enforced in the database with row-level security and in server-side checks.
- Every external effect requires an execution manifest, bound identity and scope, pre-effect admission, idempotency, and an append-only evidence record.
- Recommendation, approval, admission, settlement, and reconciliation are distinct states and are never conflated in the interface.
- Unconfigured providers report UNCONFIGURED or BLOCKED. Nothing is ever shown as settled without a counterparty confirmation.
