How listing works

  1. A sponsor prepares an offering and marks a public summary for listing. Nonpublic offerings never reach this page.
  2. Interested investors register and complete identity, accreditation, and suitability intake.
  3. Once a compliance reviewer records an eligibility decision, the sponsor may release the full offering package and Deal Room.
  4. Subscription, countersignature, and admission each produce their own recorded state — none of them is implied by the previous one.
