These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SyndiStreet platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Access to private offerings is restricted to verified eligible investors. Registration alone does not grant access to any offering. Eligibility is determined on a per-offering basis after completion of identity, accreditation, and suitability verification.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. No offer or solicitation

Nothing on this platform constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Offering materials are available only to verified eligible investors and only for offerings that have been explicitly published. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Investment risk

Private investments are illiquid, speculative, and involve a high degree of risk, including the risk of total loss. You should not invest unless you can afford to lose your entire investment and have no need for liquidity. Consult qualified legal, tax, and financial advisors before making any investment decision.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access data you are not entitled to, reverse-engineering the service, or submitting false or misleading information during verification.

6. Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party providers for identity verification, electronic signatures, payment processing, and other services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operator disclaims any liability for losses arising from your use of the platform or any investment made through it. The platform provides administrative tooling; it does not provide investment advice.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
